Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the working sets.
